Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Czechia, Sweden, Austria, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@unifindit.com to check if we can ship to your location.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through USPS and DHL Express for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are based on the carrier's current rates, package weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
- USA (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days
- USA (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days
- International (DHL Express): 5–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
⚠️ Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes — Important Notice for International Orders Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

- Refusing a package due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@unifindit.com, including photos of the packaging and item.
Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or resend packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
